Proposal for scheduling tasks

Use case: E.g. in the future one could ask Agent Zero to summarize the latest AI developments every morning at 7am and then send a mail with the summary

This is right now a basic implementation, which generates a user message with the content of the task at a specific time. It supports one time and recurring tasks. Tasks can be added, listed and removed. The scheduled task is either being executed in the current chat (default) or in a new chat.

Thank you, scheduler is on the roadmap for following minor versions. I will take a look at it.
