Database Server action buttons don't trigger open the dialog in press dashboard

@tanmoysrt Adding this as an issue

  1. Go to https://cloud.frappe.io/dashboard/servers/f586-mumbai.frappe.cloud/overview

  2. Click on Actions tab

  3. Click on Database Server Actions button. The modal will not pop-up.

If you refresh the page, it will start working.

Some issue with renderDialog function (ref) maybe. Not able to figure out.
