Allow to rename site domains

Multiple people raised tickets to rename site domains requesting to remove regional initials from the domain.

e.g: xxx.s.frappe.cloud -> xxx.frappe.cloud

Could we issue be closed as it is a known limitation and we wouldn't allow to remove regional initials?
