Alert / automatically restart when workers are down

I've occasionally seen sites with no workers online. AFAIK rq metrics are integrated, so there should be a way to track and alert/auto restart workers when there's none running?

👀 - doesn't supervisor try to restart these? or does that fail as well?

Didn't seem to. IIRC I didn't see any attempts to restart in the worker log atleast, not sure where supervisor itself logs its actions so didn't check that.
