log server suggestions

• The heap size of the elasticsearch component needs to be set, otherwise it's initialised as half the server RAM, i.e. arbitrary: https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/elasticsearch/reference/current/advanced-configuration.html#set-jvm-heap-size
• As the log server is not an optional component (required for the analytics graphs in the dashboard) I'm not sure why this isn't built in as a requirement on the press server?
