docs: Update self hosting / local setup guide

Current guide is inadequate for users as they might not know inner workings of everything. What I'd recommend is:

• Setup FC on local machine from scratch.
• Start from scratch and achieve following goals:
  • Custom and public benches can be creaated
  • Custom app can be added to the said bench
  • It can be deployed to a server
  • A site can be created on deployed instance
  • The site+bench can be updated with new deploy

Everything required for this basic setup should be documented.
