Offline Access

Does the current version of frappe android app have offline access?

I am raising this issue since I see this below message when I am checking the app offline

"Seems like you are not connected to internet, you need to download module to access data when offline"

Offline is temporarily disabled as there was issue with background_service library and also it needs refactoring
