Unlisted Courses

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

It would be good to have some courses which are accessible, but unlisted. For example, on Mon School, we would like to host a course "How to author courses on Mon School", but that should not be available in the listed courses.

Add a field unlisted to the Course doctype and add filter unlisted != 1 when listing courses.

Describe alternatives you've considered The alternative is to host courses like this on a staging or some other website, but that doesn't sound very effective.
