Indian Numbering System & International Numbering System

When I create a Dashboard, it shows the values in Lacs & Crores, but when I share it publicly and check it on a browser with no user logged in, it shows the values in Millions.

For Indian users, I wish to keep it to Lacs & Crores. I can't understand why it is happening.
