[refactor] Employees working on a holiday report

• Convert raw queries to qb
• refactor structure for get_columns code - like other reports
• It checks attendance for all the holidays in all holiday lists. Should flag present employees based on their respective holiday list (set in employee master or the global one in company master)
• Add tests
