Salary Component not showing up on in Salary Structure even though created

Strange as it is picking up the right filters as well. Observed on a fresh installation.

Ah, these components won't appear unless the company and account are assigned under the Salary Component.

@ruchamahabal can this be tagged as a UX issue? Not really a bug, just needs to be a little intuitive for the setup :D
