Important Appraisal Enhancement: Formula based appraisals

Hi,

The automated appraisal based on goal progress is a wonderful feature but the greatest drawback we've encountered with it is the fact that there's no control over the ratios used in calculating the Final Score ! Many organizations don't want to use a simple average of Goal Score, Feedback Score, and Self Appraisal Score. Some prefer to use Goal Score only while many others prefer some combination of the various scores using custom percentages

Describe the solution you'd like

It will be great if a section is added (probably in HR Settings) where the Admin/HR/System Manager can set the ratio (in terms of percentages) to be used in calculating the Final Score . For example:

Goal Score: 60% Feedback Score: 30% Self Appraisal Score: 10%

Having a formula based final score computation was in my list but was unsure about the need. Will try implementing it soon

Congrats on the awesome work done in V15 ! Any update on this requirement ? Didn't seem to find it in the list of features and I was really hoping we'd finally be able to start using this module
