Same Employee paid by different companies

Hi, please consider this as we have the same employees cost being distributed accross various companies ... its not just a matter of being paid from one company and then charging his time/costs to other sister companies through journals .... some are physically being paid by 2 or more companies depending of the contract agreement (and even sometimes pro-rata basis)

You don't need permission to work on feature requests. Although this seems like a complex case and this issue doesn't describe all the requirements clearly.

Many thanks for your reply... so i think that was my point - is it still not clear, or too complex or has an impact on other modules/apps within the framework. I think you need to give him the go ahead so that he does not waste his time creating code which will rejected later on due to other reasons Kindly can you advice what requirements are still needed in order for you to make a decision?
