Ability to edit Amount on Submitted Additional Salary

@muchai editing the amount is not a good way in case of recurring additional salaries because it calculates tax for the future recurring additional amount.

In such cases, maybe having an option to disable the additional salary and create a new one would do?

Never considered the first element, probably because our use cases do not touch on taxes.

After adding a disabled field. Probably allow edit on submit for due date. Salary slip still picks disabled additional salaries
