Version 13 I entered relieving date of an employee in employee master of 15/7/2022. And I got payment days as 0.

Check Payroll Settings:

If Calculate Payroll Working Days is based on attendance, then attendance records might be missing. If it's based on leave check if they have leaves in that period. Since Absent Days are shown as 20 in your salary slip.

Here I uploaded all the relevant screenshots. I hope now it is clear. The employee has already been present in that month.

I cannot replicate this:

Relieving Date set to 15/07/2022:

Attendance marked from 1st-15th of that month:

Payroll Settings are the same as in your screenshot:

Got Payment Days as 15 that is correct:

Am I missing something? Do you have any server scripts written/customizations done? I see the custom fields "No. of Days" and "monthdays" in the salary slip. Do they have any effect on your site?

Thanks for the reply. I replicate all the things and also disable all my script (server and client script). But still I am not getting the right payment days. Can you tell me what are the possible errors. salary_slip_problem

Also, In my case it is showing 16 absent days, although there is no any absent for that employee.

Is your instance updated to the latest version 13 release? A couple of fixes have gone into the releases for payment days maybe that's why I am unable to replicate your issue.
