Directly schedule interviews from the create interview dialog box

As a hiring manager, I want to be able to create interview with the dialog box directly, so that I dont have to open another doc and save time and keep the process simple for other team members.

Describe the solution you'd like

I want add the mandatory fields in the dialog box itself so its easier and more intuitive for me and other members of non-tech background. It should also be reflect in the interview summary.

Additional context

Thinking from a non-tech perspective this keeps the process smoother and hence easier to adopt. The goal here is to minimize the number of clicks for end user while maintaining the structure
