"Default outgoing email account not added" message even with valid configuration
Reproduce

Setup dedicated mail account in Frappe for handling tickets
- Enabled Incoming and configured IMAP Folder to forward messages to Ticket
- Enable Outgoing to allow this account to send mail

Different Account is configured as default outgoing
Expected
System accepts the configuration as valid and not asking for default
The default outgoing email account configured in frappe is not allowed to handle incoming in my configuration Because of that (no incoming configured), this account does not show up in email accounts of Desk
