Unable to create mail account
Information about bug
I am unable to add my mail provider. There are only a few preconfigured settings like Sendgrid, Outlook, etc. But I need to add my SMTP provider with username and passwort.

There seems to be no option for classic SMTP. I would love to have this, too!

SMTP would make it way easier for us to Implement, we won't setup a additional Mail Server like Frappe Mail just for sending and receive silly mails.
Exactly. This is a very basic feature for a software, simply give us an option to setup a mailserver.

this is not a bug, the feature is available, only thing is, it is available on the desk side of the Helpdesk.

I'm not sure to understand the answer. Is the feature to configure custom SMTP/IMAP email server available via some other mean than the email configuration panel ?
