Notifications not working in Helpdesk Portal
Information about bug
I am not receiving any notifications in helpdesk portal. but i am able receive in desk portal and emails.
Version
Frappe Version: v15.39.0 Frappe-Helpdesk-Version: v0.10.0
Installation method
manual install
Relevant log output / Stack trace / Full Error Message.
No response

and now see notifications
it is working

Please confirm, Does this only work for mentioning the user. won't work for assignments?

Ohhhhh, I got the issue.
When there is a first time assignment, the notification is sent, and when we re assign the ticket to some other user, the notification is not sent.

For me, I am assigning for the first time automatedly by assignment rule. I am not even receiving the notification for the first assignment as well. But I received the notification for the assignment action unexpectedly a few days ago while testing the email configurations for another agent user.

The thing is this is ho notifications work, it is not a bug,
Notifications in the portal are different to the Desk Notifications.
Portal Notifications just creates a new doc in "HD Notification" DocType, Desk notifications works via email.
The notifications scenario is as follows:
this is not a bug, an enhancement, so marking it as an enhancement
@RitvikSardana - I think the agent should get an email when the customer replies to a ticket
