Need Filters on List View

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

We are not getting proper details from list view of the current Support portal.

  1. If we want to filter the data based on Subject, it is not possible. We need to scroll down till we find the subject
  2. As a partner, we are handling multiple sites/companies. To filter out details as per site it is possible. Whenever seats with clients, we have to open and check all the issues of all clients in front of other clients
  3. Status filter should be fixed. When we select "Open" from Options and open any issue. On going back to list view, the system removes the applied "Open" filter and set "All Issues"
  4. Ticket Id in filters

As shown in below, screenshot we need filters for the mentioned parameter Point 1, 2, 4- image

Point 3- Filter should be fixed and not change the selected filters auto whenever we shuffle from 1 issue to another issue
