feat: add portal ui changes for adding multiple recipients & cc
I have implemented a significant feature enhancement in this pull request for our helpdesk portal. This enhancement allows users to include multiple recipients and CCs when creating tickets. Now, when tickets involve multiple recipients, the system will automatically fetch them. Additionally, users have the flexibility to manually delete any unnecessary recipients as needed. This update streamlines the ticket creation process, improving efficiency and usability for our users.
