Feature Request: Splitting and Merging Tickets
Issue Description: - Request: Addition of the option to split a single ticket raised by a client into multiple tickets. - Request: Addition of the option to merge multiple tickets into a single ticket.
Explanation: In our usage of Frappe's Helpdesk system, we have encountered situations where a single ticket raised by a client encompasses multiple separate issues or tasks. Currently, there is no built-in functionality to split such a ticket into multiple individual tickets, making it challenging to address each issue separately.
To improve our workflow and enhance the ticket management process, we would like to propose the addition of a feature that allows us to split a single ticket into multiple tickets. This way, each separate issue or task can be assigned, tracked, and resolved independently.
Additionally, having the ability to merge multiple tickets into a single ticket would also be beneficial. Sometimes, related issues or tasks are reported across different tickets, and consolidating them into one ticket would provide a more comprehensive view of the problem and enable efficient handling.
We believe that these enhancements will greatly improve the flexibility and efficiency of managing tickets within Frappe's Git system.
