Cancelled Lab Test Cannot be deleted.

Not its not duplicate of that. This is more to have the ability to delete the Lab Test document after Cancelling it.

This seems to be a somewhat old issue (dating back to 2019) but I've just noticed the 'issue' remains...that is, a lab test cannot be deleted from ERPNext Healthcare. This is problematic as it is possible for a lab test to be entered in error and a need to thus there may be a need to delete tests. Has there been any work on this feature request?

This was happening due to permissions issues in lab test doctype. Fixed it in https://github.com/frappe/health/pull/144
