Patient Portal for Frappe Health

One of the common requirements for FH is patient portal.

We need to build portal pages for the following.

• Patients should be able to book appointments and see their appointments history.
• Patients should be able to view lab reports.
• Patients should be able to view their prescriptions. Currently, we are storing prescriptions as part of patient encounter.

The above would be good, but the following should be also feasible

• features for hospital branding I would say is a must have.
• Enable random surveys and questioners is a common requirement
• Option to edit profile information
• Session token limited Mobile OTP based Login option.
