Cannot resize task when progress is at or close to 0 or 100

When trying to drag the start of the bar, when the progress is zero or close to, the following exception is raised and the bar cannot be dragged. Same is true when trying to resize the end of the bar, when progress is 100 or close to.

Is this a bug?

Infact, setting readonly_progress = true, prevents this behaviour. Not that its a fix.
