[Feature] Facilty to Upload Files and Attach Files from already Uploaded files

Attachments of Documents with Project/Task/Discussion is the need as teams generally work with documents and they need to discuss and share docs related to task , project. We use Nextcloud right now and hence attaching a screen from there just to highlight it.
