No mention of frappe_docker

There is no mention of frappe_docker, that is currently the best way to start developing with Frappe. https://github.com/frappe/frappe_docker

I'd like to maintain it on frappe_docker repo. Because documentation will not get lost in migrations.

If there is a way to generate docs we can arrange the frappe_docker/docs directory in certain way such that we maintain it there and it gets generated here.

can be accomplished using Github actions, some python scripting and automated PRs?
