fix(Bank Reconciliation): Update to current names/locations of tools

It appears that since the last commit to the Accounts > Bank Reconciliation documentation page, the names and paths to access the various Bank Reconciliation tools have changed. This PR updates this information, adds a couple of more recent screen shots, and adds slightly greater detail on a few of the steps in the various possible processes for performing Bank Reconciliation in ERPNext.

@gwhitney is this still up-to date with the reworked bank reconciliation in v13?

I doubt it; frankly I have not yet had a chance to update to the new bank reconciliation and check it out. So you could either mark this as a work in progress or close it and I will try to redo when I am up to speed on the new version (hopefully soon).
