Accounts Payable Summary Report not matching the General Ledger for Party Type Employee

Information about bug

The Accounts Payable Summary Report is completely not matching the General Ledger for Employees. Also the Payroll Payable account and its purpose as a payable account is not clear since the Payroll Entry does not allow the Payable account to have type set.
