fix: coupon code limits and add external plaftorm code

Context

  • Coupon codes can have no limits
  • Coupon codes can be managed by an external ecomm platform (and not require pricing rule calculation)

@ruthra-kumar I added a unit test case for the fix and would go ahead with this as long as you don't have any objections.
