We are a product company looking to track issues and warranty claim of product using the Serial number. It is unique throughout our product ranges.

So it will good feature to add connections like warranty claim and issues linked with that serial number.

So we can keep track of how many times the particular serial number has undergone service and what are the warranty claims taken. Its like a service record.
