Batch qty is not updated when it is deactivated

Information about bug

Currently, you can create a Purchase Receipt and add stock to a deactivated batch. However, the qty of the batch will not be updated.

Either

• it should not be allowed to add stock to a deactivated batch, or
• batch qty should be updated, even when it is deactivated
