Not able to place footer at the bottom (if footer is not repeating)

Information about bug

We need header to be repeating in all pages but footer only on last page. And in that scenario, if we need to manually keep the footer to the bottom of the page only on last one, wkhtmltopdf is not aligning the styling we are giving, It is just showing up just below the content ends, not at the bottom. Kindly help check
