Audit Log Trial - Hide value from the preview

Currently, Audit Log of a document also highlights the field and value changed. As per the request of the user, there could be change in the field value which is restricted from certain user. But it is viewable from Audit Log (preview). We can apply User Permission on Audit Log, but can we also rephrase the preview on Audit Log, in a way that it indicates the fields in which value is changed, but not the value itself.
