Feature Request: Activity Log (Document timeline)

Feature Request: Can we have a feature that who has viewed and downloaded the shared content?

This functionality will be helpful when we shared an important document to someone and that we can track user has viewed or downloaded.

I propose two features: The feature to record the user's activity log for all files, including both my own files and files shared with me. The feature to record the change history of a file, capturing the actions taken by the owner or the people it is shared with on that file."
