Mode "Suggest Edits"
Hello!
Currently there are 2 types of user access to a document: "can view" and "can edit".
Can we expect the introduction of a third mode - "can comment". And document review functions similar to the "Suggest edits" function in Google Docs?
Keeping this open, but we're not working on improving the Document experience until May.
Hi! Still interested if there are any updates on this? And also can you please tell if edit DOCX is not planned if other format of text documents is planned?
@clevermind-me what other formats do you want? We will support MD and text files in the near future, but no, not DOCX editing (MS Word is proprietary - you can't have implement proper editing outside of Word itself)
