Transfer ownership

I think this feature is necessary. A practical use case is when an employee leaves and needs to transfer ownership of files to their manager

Yeah this is planned. Also a higher permission level than "Can Edit". Most likely "Full Access", which would contain changing the sharing settings of a file or folder.
