Mobile view don't have user dropdown Menu & Search on vertical position, but have it on horizontal

This mobile view is a bit here and there. It's mostly a stop gap solution. Dealing with files on mobile and previews would involve rolling a standalone mobile client. I will add this user dropdown as well as search. But just to add some context, this will be more limited by design. Till we roll out a client
