Data not avaiable after upgrade frapp drive

We have upgraded the drive and there after files & folder are not avaiable in users login but at the backend data is showing. How we can fix the issue.

Could you verify if the users have the Drive User role after updating?

While I replicate this, could you also check if the data is present on disk /private/files/$randomID just check any of the folders and verify if the data actually exists.

when we do site migrate at that time too data too not available.

did you migrate your site with same name or different name? i have been updated 3 site with bench update --reset and don't have any issue
