column search / filters on report not working

Regarding the column filters on a report, if we apply up to 2 filters it works fine but when we apply the third one and if it doesn't match with the data then instead of showing "No Data" as it does in v10 it simply ignores the third filter and still shows data. This didn't use to happen in v10.
