Create Lead button in Call Details Not working

Not able to create leads from the incoming calls received from unknown numbers (not in leads/contacts)

Create Lead button is idle

@sapl-santhosh For create lead to work fine, you need to have "New" lead status. If you have changed "New" to something else, it will fail.

@reachgvm no i didnt disturb the New status. However i added a Product Category Field and made it mandatory. So is that the issue? can you let me know what is the behaviour when pressed Create lead (in call details). will it pop up a quick entry window?

@sapl-santhosh I don't know how Product is linked to Lead in your setup. If you made any field mandatory in Lead, other than First Name, it is likely to fail.
