Incoming Call popup not showing Contact button like Leads

when the incoming popup is arriving it shows the leads button when call is from leads. But it is not showing Contacts when it from contacts.

Also when a call has come from an unknown number or know number by opening the call details in call log

It would be great if the called number reference link is embedded in the name. here when AS Shanmugam is clicked it should take to the Contact document. (for eg)

Also if the mobile number is shown in this call details palette it will be easy to copy.

Also Create lead button is not working here
