Dial Pad Feature request

Hi it would be great if we can find a dial pad like this

Also in the call log , when an incoming call from unknown (that is no lead / contact) it would be useful If a call back button is provided before creating it as leads.

As a workaround i create a Lead named dialpad. Whenever needed to dial a number go this lead (Dialpad)> change mobile number and make a call.

Any other idea?
