Column Order set by admin for the default views should be reflected for all. Column width set by admin should be reflected for all users. Content should be visible on Hover if getting truncated. It is not happening. Ideally there should be option to increase the width of the rows. You can keep it as 1x, 2x, 3x. 1x is default. This is helpful if we want to see the more content on the list view screen only.
