Set the Default Columns and their order of List Views for all users

Hi,

We plan to give CRM to my team members. Everybody is not very educated to control the UI. We will like to control the order of the column for the default view for all users. If users wants to use different order then they should be able to duplicate the view and set column order.

Currently when we change the order it is not reflected to all users
