Releases since 1.5.3 not comes with CSS

Expected Behaviour

Import CSS normally.

Actual Behaviour

CSS is not on dist folder,

Steps to Reproduce:

Go to https://codesandbox.io/s/stoic-sunset-cb5xy?file=/src/index.js and change the version from 1.6.2 to 1.5.2 and works.

Frappé Charts version: 1.5.2 (:heavy_check_mark:) and 1.6.2 (:x:) Codepen / Codesandbox: https://codesandbox.io/s/stoic-sunset-cb5xy?file=/src/index.js

I've rolled back to 1.5.2, as newer only included a .scss file.
