[Feature Request] Selecting Filters to Data

Open OneiricIT opened this issue 6 years ago • 6 comments

Would be great to see when selecting a data point on the chart when in a report view it then automatically clears and adds the filterable criteria so that data is listed in the report immediately.

Can you please elaborate on what exactly you are looking for?

Example below @scmmishra https://www.fusioncharts.com/dev/chart-guide/chart-configurations/drill-down#configure-events-for-linked-charts

It's a power feature, great. Right now something like this is implemented. Checkout demo at frappe.io/charts. However adding such complexity is against the values of the project which aims to be simple.

@scmmishra Did this ever go anywhere? The link you've referenced no longer goes to the demo you spoke about. Is there any guidance on how to add drilldowns to frappe/erpnext charts?

Hey @casesolved-co-uk I do not maintain this library anymore, you could tag other members of the Frappe team to get your query resolved faster

Thanks for the response @scmmishra, I would but I don't know who else maintains this. @uhrjun ?

I'm just looking to add chart click events. There is a # callback function, any idea what that does?
