Set Template Type error

Description

When I try to create a new Print Template, I can't set a Type

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a new Template
2. Save or not
3. Click on the toggle (...) and select Set Template Type

@tgrignon I’ve checked the issue on my device, and the Print Template appears to be working correctly. Are you still facing this issue?

@tgrignon Please try the same in the latest version of FBooks and please reopen if the issue persists.
