Has books gotten e-way/e-invoicing from erpnext?

We already are on 5 Cr turnover for e-invoicing from 1- August 2023 and there are talks about reducing the limit to 1.5 Cr from January 2024 so as soon as we get the feature, the software could be started used in production

No books doesn't have e-way/e-invoicing features. It may be added in the future, but no guarantees, I'd suggest using ERPNext.
