Financial Year Setup in Frappe Books

There should be Financial year setup in Books as currently we have to setup each Fiscal year in new Database which is very tedious.

Enhancements we should have:

1. Financial Year List - To set the financial years
2. JV for Financial year Closing
3. Dashboard should be toggled between Fiscal year and also based on date range
4. Fiscal year comparison report (May be TB / P&L) Financial year wise , Monthly, Quarterly
5. Check to Freeze books for past financial year
